The BOA-Constricting Band® provides circumferential pressure on either of the upper extremities for the purpose of obtaining venous access in the casualty with little or no cardiac output. Once the device is applied, it is rolled downward on the extremity forcing blood into the veins allowing for quick and effective vascular access in the most difficult and demanding conditions. The device is removed using a two finger release access point.
