Measure the mid-section of the thigh.

Small 18 - 20 " 45.7 - 50.8cm
Medium 20 ¨û - 22 " 51.1 - 55.8cm
Large 22 ¨û - 24 ¨þ " 56.2 - 63.2cm
X-Large 25 – 27 ¨þ " 63.5 - 70.8cm

Hand wash with mild soap in cold water. Rinse thoroughly. Air dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash or dry.
