Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to products purchased on-line via this website. By purchasing products on-line you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Restrictions

We only supply products to customers within New Zealand. Orders placed from other countries cannot be actioned.

Use of Products

Many of the products presented on this website are available for sale to and for use by professionals in the fields of medicine, health and science. Prior to using the product the user must read and understood the instructions for use.

Pricing

All prices shown on this website are represented in New Zealand currency (NZD) and once the order is calculated is inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) which is currently set at 15% of the price of all products.

Payment

We use the secure hosted payment page solution from Payment Express to process on-line orders. Once processed, credit card details are not retained.

Shipping and delivery

For items in stock at the time of order, despatch will be made within two working days of receipt of an order. For items not in stock at the time of order we obtain an estimate for delivery and have that recorded against your order so that you can ask us at any time for that information.

All products will be shipped from our distribution centre in Auckland via courier or for minor items by post. The freight cost is calculated at the time of your order.

Please ensure that you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. A physical street address is required. We do not courier to PO Box or Private Bag numbers . If you have any special delivery instructions please advise when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders that go missing if the address details you have provided to us are incorrect. If you supply us with a false address we will not ship the products. If you fail to supply a valid address after 7 days we will cancel your order.

Orders received on a day which is not an ordinary working day (i.e. a Saturday, Sunday or pubic holiday) will be processed on the following working day.

Tracking numbers are allocated to each order as they leave our Auckland Warehouse so that we can identify where the products are if there is a delay in receipt of goods. If you wish us to track the order at any stage please contact us and we can issue you with a progress report or Proof of Delivery.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time but we will do everything we can to get your products to you in a timely fashion. Delivery may take up to 5 working days, depending on your location. Items may take longer to get to you during busy periods and public holidays. If you do not receive your purchase within 5 working days please contact us on 0800 477 494 or email sales@datamedica.co.nz

The parcel will be left at the delivery address supplied to us.

Returns

We will make every effort to ensure that the right products reach you and in good condition. If for any reason you experience a problem with your order please contact us on 0800 477 494 or email sales@datamedica.co.nz and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.

If any products are wrong or faulty there is a 14 day right or return.

We will replace wrong or faulty products (subject to availability) at no additional cost to you or refund the price paid by you (including shipping costs paid to us) which will be credited against your original method of payment subject to you returning the wrong or faulty products to us at your expense in original condition. Please note that any evidence of misuse or product tampering may prevent us from accepting return of the products.

We will only accept returns of products if you have advised us of this within the 14 day time period.

We will advise the address to return the products to.

Please include with the product return, a letter explaining why you are returning the products, and enclose the invoice together with your name and contact details.

We take no responsibility for returns lost in delivery.

Either a replacement product will be sent to you or a credit issued for the invoice.
