Application Cold: Hot / Cold packs are ideal to help with reducing swelling, toothaches, temporary relief of headaches and reducing fevers.

Store in the freezer to cool.

Application Hot: Hot / Cold packs are ideal to help with temporary relief of muscle aches, back pain, sinusitis and menstrual cramps.

Microwave with a glass of water or immerse in hot water to heat.

Active Ingredients: Water, glycerol.

Each pack is provided with a complimentary disposable sleeve and is recommended to protect the patient.
